What we collect
Contact details you provide (such as name, email, mobile number and suburb), your Clarity Check answers and results, enquiry messages, your preferred contact method and your marketing preference. We also collect limited technical and usage information through analytics.
Why we collect it
To prepare your Clarity Check summary, respond to your enquiry, provide property services you request, keep records of our communications and, only if you opt in, send you property insights and updates.
Clarity Check responses
Your answers are used to generate general, exploratory information. A rules-based process selects pathways; Lovable AI helps prepare an internal plain-English summary and follow-up questions for your enquiry. Questionnaire answers, but not your contact details or free-text comments, are sent to the AI service for this purpose. They are not used to provide financial, credit, tax or legal advice. Results are not published at public web addresses.
Disclosure
We may share information with our brokerage, eXp Realty Australia, and with service providers who help us operate this website, store data and send email, under appropriate confidentiality. We don't sell personal information.
Marketing
We only send marketing communications if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and security
We use secure, access-controlled systems to store personal information and restrict access to authorised people.
